Pro Tools Group - Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping (Australia Post or Courier)
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping (where available)
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Click & Collect (Pro Tools Wollongong)
Available within 24 hours (you will receive a pickup confirmation via SMS or email)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised on our website or social media.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its progress. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will liaise with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
During checkout, you may authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel unattended. Please note that Pro Tools is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only. For remote or regional locations, delivery may take longer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes for bulky or heavy items.
