STIHL products are click & collect only and must be picked up in person from our store at 8 Flinders Street, Wollongong. Unfortunately, STIHL does not allow delivery due to brand policy.
All orders (including STIHL) can be collected from Pro Tools Group – 8 Flinders St, Wollongong NSW 2500. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. For specialty items or bulk orders, we’ll contact you with an ETA.
Yes, we follow Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty or not as described, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund. For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 30 days (conditions apply).
Yes — we support tradies, contractors, and business clients with competitive bulk pricing and trade accounts. Contact our team to apply or learn more.
We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and approved trade accounts. Online checkout is also available for selected items.
